Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

This Greek pasta salad recipe is one of my favorite flavorful dishes because of the combination of veggies, the saltiness of the feta, and the bold taste of the Greek dressing. This dish is kid-friendly because of the noodles, and you might even be able to sneak in a few veggies, but shhh don’t tell. This versatile dish can be served as the main course or a side dish. If you need a little protein for the main dish, it pairs well with some sliced grilled chicken on the side.

How to Make Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

1. First, boil the penne pasta, according to the directions.

2. While the pasta is boiling, combine the kalamata olives, artichokes, capers, yellow peppers, red onion, tomatoes, green pepper, and feta in a large serving bowl.

3. Drain the pasta and let it cool. I like to toss my pasta in olive oil while it cools so the noodles don’t stick together.

4. Add the pasta into the large serving bowl with the other ingredients.

5. Stir in the Greek dressing until it coats the pasta. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

You can eat this delicious Greek Pasta Salad recipe hot or cold. I like to refrigerate mine for about an hour before serving, although this isn’t necessary. Enjoy!

Tools for Making Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

I like to use my food processor to chop the red onion because it saves me time (and it doesn’t make me cry). I also use my plastic cutting boards that can stack into the dishwasher easily, because who has time to hand wash anything? Not me.
