Healthy recipes that kids love equals a big win in my house. When I discovered how to make this healthy yogurt parfait that my kids devour, it became a staple in our home. With only six ingredients, this dish is packed with protein, fiber, and tons of flavor. Need a quick and easy snack on a hot day? Done! Need a festive red, white, and blue dish to pass for a Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day party? Check!

Delight your taste buds with this yummy dish you can whip together in less than three minutes.

Here’s the ingredients you will need:

  • Yogurt
  • Granola
  • Fruit, sliced (suggested: raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
  • Honey

I prefer Faye yogurt because of its super creamy texture and taste. I also like the Maple Quinoa Clusters Kind brand granola because as far as granola is concerned, it has less sugar and more protein.

Here’s how to make the healthy yogurt parfait your kids will devour:

  1. Scoop the desired amount of yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Wash and slice the fruit.
  3. Add fruit to the yogurt parfait.
  4. Sprinkle on the granola.
  5. Drizzle honey on top.
  6. Serve and devour.
