Here’s the ingredients you will need:
- Fruit, sliced (suggested: raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
Brands I used:
I prefer Faye yogurt because of its super creamy texture and taste. I also like the Maple Quinoa Clusters Kind brand granola because as far as granola is concerned, it has less sugar and more protein.
Here’s how to make the healthy yogurt parfait your kids will devour:
- Scoop the desired amount of yogurt into a bowl.
- Wash and slice the fruit.
- Add fruit to the yogurt parfait.
- Sprinkle on the granola.
- Drizzle honey on top.
- Serve and devour.
Caution: You may have to make several portions because this one goes quick. Enjoy!
